What is a directed SOAP?
Scripture (a selected passage)
Observation (specific questions from the reading)
Application (what does God want me to understand about Him, His ways)
Prayer (can be a praise, confession)
It is not a commentary. It is not a study giving all the answers. The questions are formated to help guide one. It is an interactive study which helps one to look more deeply in their spritual walk with God as the Holy Spirit directs. The studies are to help understand who God is, what God desires, and how to live one's life for Him. God wants us to know Him and Jesus Christ. (John 17:3; Jeremiah 29:11-14a)
Adults will be strengthened in their faith as well as challenged in how they can help disciple others in building a stronger personal faith in Jesus Christ.
